Declaration of Rights of Assembly

We, the Nevada county assembly, the members, reserve the right to function in the private domain and are exempt from participating in any local or state emergency. We the People have the God-given right to form assemblies and contract with each other for the common good of preserving life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as enumerated in the Declaration of Independence. We reserve the right to serve one another honorably, in good conscience, and to defend our Rights for one another when necessary. We reserve our unalienable rights as set forth in the Bill of Rights of 1791; among these are enoying and defending life and liberty as well as acquiring and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy, which are figted by our Creator. Thus we, the People, are by nature free and independent. The acting government does not have the authority or right to enforce its edicts on We the People or to violate natural laws. We declare our sovereign authority over this land, Nevada County, under God, the one and only Creator of life who is our direct source of power and authority. The United States corporate government is bankrupt at every level and does not currently have legitimate authority from the People nor are their encroachments upon our rights immune from procescution. If anyone facilitates and enforces an infringement upon life, liberty, or the taking of property without due process of law or denies the People equal protection under the law, they are hereby given notice that the People's rights and natural laws have been violated, and we thus reserve the right for remediation and the enforcement of accountability. The People have the right to instruct our elected representatives, petition government for redress of grievances, assemble freely, and consult for the common good. In addition, no bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of a contract shall ever be enacted. This announcement is given in peace and as a courtesy to provide notice to all potential agents, officers, and government officials. If there should be any lawful objections to the People existing in the private domain as a man or a woman, or as an assembly, please provide lawful notice and reasons within ten (10) business days at the return address listed below. If said objections are not received therein, it is established that the Nevada county assembly's freedom to exist in the private domain based on constitutional authority is well within our lawful 1st Amendment and Article I, Section 10, Clause 1 rights.

NOTE: This original document with signatures is on file with the Nevada county assembly.
