Mission Statement
We are the Nevada county assembly. We are a 1st Amendment and Article 1 assembly, a non-denominational, non-partisan group comprised of "We the People" who are the 4th branch of government , and who are the masters and not the servants of our public officials.
We the People are the clearly intended and expressly designated Beneficiaries of the Constitution for the united States of America 1787, the Bill of Rights as Amended in 1791, and the California state Constitution of 1849.
We are here to re-establish our lawful Government of "We the People" as stated in the Declaration of Independence, "—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it's foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness," and "…when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government (tyrannical), and to provide new Guards for their future security." We are here to take action towards protecting everyone's unalienable rights and ensuring our elected leaders do the same. We use the tools of our founding constitutional documents, lawful peaceful action and assembly, and if needed, legal action and indictments. We invite new members to work with us to hold our elected and appointed public officials accountable for their unconstitutional actions, their failure to uphold their oath of office to the constitutions, and to protect our unalienable rights and natural law.
We meet once a week on Wednesday from 6 to 8pm, to address and remedy the myriad of ways our rights have been and are being abridged and violated during this so called "pandemic." If you are interested in protecting and maintaining your unalienable rights and freedoms in this country, we invite you to join us, if you want to learn how you can help us do that. The only person responsible for your future and the future of our country and our freedom is sitting in your chair right now! The only person that can make a difference in your life and your future is you!
We are a not-for-profit unincorporated Association as enumerated in Article I of the California Constitution (1849) and Article I of the Bill of Rights, of like-minded People working to preserve our freedoms for ourselves and our posterity! Please join us now!
